Mr. Ram Nivas Kumar

Mr. Ram has 20 years of experience in handling Strategy, Merger & Acquisitions, Complex Transactions, Contract Management, Compliance, Corporate Affairs, etc. Ram has worked with World Bank Group and supported South Asia works of IFC. Before IFC, Ram worked with Vedanta Group and lead its Technology, LCD Verticals. Previous to Vedanta, Ram worked at Reliance Group and lead defence and aerospace verticals. During this tenure, he led negotiation for various JVs in defence sector with Foreign OEMs like Dassault, Thales, Safran, Rafael, etc.

 

He has also worked with Accenture for 7 years and lead legal support in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Additionally, he headed Financial Services vertical for Asia at Accenture. Previous to Accenture, he worked with Airtel and Escorts. Ram has done B. Com (H.), Company Secretary, LLB from Delhi University, master’s in business laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
